Verify Home Inspection, LLC

“Short answer: if I had a family member who needed a home inspection, Darrell is who I would send them to. Long answer: my wife and I are first-time homebuyers, and our real estate agent, who we trust, recommended Darrell for the home inspection. Now that the inspection is over I can see why. His report was incredibly thorough, and he patiently answered all of our follow up questions over the phone afterward. He was clear, honest, detailed, and also had a good sense of humor! Can’t recommend him enough.”

“Darrell was extremely thorough and complete with his inspection. He caught a few issues that others may have missed. We would work with him again if we bought again.”

“Darrell was very professional, attentive to details and responsive to follow up questions. He was also a trooper conducting an inspection after 20+ inches of snow and digging up the septic access ports to send a scope down. He had all the right tools for the job and explained findings and answered our questions near the end of the inspection. His report was extremely thorough and will serve as an owners manual for us in managing and maintaining the house.”

“Darrell was friendly, helpful and professional. He thoroughly checked over the home I hope to buy. The verbal report at the end of the inspection was clear with real problems specifically highlighted and less urgent repairs gently recommended. The report was very in depth and gave me more confidence going into the purchase contract. I 100% recommend this inspection company.”

“Darrell is very thorough and informative. A very calm and knowledgeable fellow. I appreciate how he took time to show/explain the good and "needs attention" aspects of his findings and allowed room for questions. He provided a very thorough report with references for future services that may be needed from local contractors. He'll be staying in my back pocket for when I do need another inspection or one of his connections. We were very pleased with his service and demeanor.”
