Jeff from Trident Photography is a fantastic photographer. Jeff worked with myself and my family to get some family pictures taken over the Christmas holidays. Firstly, while trying to arrange my family of 11 people Jeff was flexible and accommodating and was able to meet us on a Sunday afternoon in downtown Edmonton. This was an especially accommodating act because it was December 20 and Christmas activities/last minute gifts are often high priority this time of year. As my family always does, we were horribly disorganized and late for our meeting with Jeff. When I got there it was close to -20 degrees Celsius and Jeff had taken this extended time to scope out the shots that would look good and set up some of his equipment. He was quick and efficient, but also very patient with our family which includes 3 children under 5 years old who have their own agenda. At one point Jeff was laying on his stomach, fully immersed in the snow to get the angle he wanted. I was frozen just looking at him! Jeff was able to take control of the situation, suggest backgrounds, poses and arrangements to save time and make us look good. And despite the goofs in our family, Jeff made us look great! The pictures were available for us to view online within a couple hours of us leaving our location! The website is easy to navigate through and you can order prints or digital files directly off the website so it is super user friendly! I would highly recommend Jeff and Trident Photography to any friends, family or colleagues looking to get some professional photography done!

Jeff took my professional photo for me and it was the best picture I’ve seen in years. I would say I will definitely go again, but the picture was so good I probably won’t think about getting a new one taken in another decade.

My wife and I were on the hunt for a Wedding Photographer and happened upon Jeff’s booth at the Edmonton Comic Expo the year before we got married. We really liked his sample work, arranged a meeting with him, and booked him to do our engagement photo shoot and wedding photo shoot. We made the right choice. We were very impressed with all of the work by Jeff and his assistant – they spent the whole day with us, and the quality of the photographs was excellent. Jeff took the time to compose beautiful and artistic shots, and made sure that the whole wedding party had a great time with the photos. After the wedding, the photo books Jeff made were stunning. Each page had a different but well thought out composition that really worked. It felt like Jeff had a master plan all along when he took the photos, because the composition of the photos in the book complimented the shots taken for each section. Jeff, we are so glad we went with you as our photographer – you have really made us happy 🙂
