“Had the worst experience working with Real Estate Agent, Dariana Lua. Hard to reach, you have to call several times and text before getting a response. Agent says you'll hear back from her at a specific date/time and you receive nothing til you continue to reach out again. The lack of communication and updates, I can see why her listing is over a month vacant. She blames delayed communication on landlord. Do not recommend to work with her if you want to have communication and updates throughout your process.”

“Never trust these people. The most lazy, dishonest, and rude realtors in Texas. The agents and broker here are simply the most unprofessional agents I have ever encountered. They lack in every conceivable way. Communion, professionalism, negotiation skills, understanding their clients needs, etc. pathetic excuses for real estate agents. Avoid at all costs.”

“I worked with Tessa Butler from Keller Williams recently to try and find a house to rent in Austin. It was super challenging for us since we are roommates and have a big dog. We worked with Tessa for about 5-6 weeks and she did not give up on us even though it was challenging to find a house. She was very knowledgeable and professional the entire time. We viewed houses about once a week while working with her, and she always made time for us. She was very flexible and very communicative! I would definitely recommend working with her if you are trying to find a house to rent or buy in the Austin area!”
