We used Realiant for professional photos for a short term rental property. It was very easy to find all the information I needed online and the booking process was very simple. The photos turned out great and the turn around time was really quick! Would use again and definitely recommend.
The scheduling process was easy and they were very communicative and answered my many questions before, during, and after the photoshoot. The services were exactly as described. The photos came out beautifully and they worked with me to get a few specific shots I requested. The 3D walkthrough was wonderfully done as well.

Scott was a pro. Came in, well prepared, understood what specific things we had with a previous Photographer that didn’t meet our needs, addressed those, was extremely respectful of our time, our furniture, and space. Kept us informed through his marathon Photo, laser scan, 360 degree, video (one with a Realtor host, and one without) steadycam shots of the interior and expansive exterior. Oh…and the DRONE WORK! It was seamless to the interiors (always watch for that on a Real Estate Package!) The final cuts, edited so smoothly with tasteful music, not a ton of photoshopping: overdone saturation, smoothed/airbrushed, over sharpened or strangely bent contrast…. or artificial looking ‘tweaks’, which always make me cringe when on zillow. He was here for hours, doublechecking on us, as he explained his next stage, the area he was shooting, and giving us time to move our cars out of the garage to really highlight the space. He edited several videos together, had the photos, video, scans and floorplan ready in DAYS! The realtors gave approval, and got it live on our listing target…mostly thanks to Scott and Realiant Photography. So, comparison shop, but use these as high bar criteria, and compare apples to apples…Do the video shots give you an establishing wide angle, before closer shots of space/rooms? Do they give you another transition to the next space smoothly, or do they Jump to a strange close shot that doesn’t make sense? Scott did that to orient our 12 acres, from one side to the other, then the interior of house, shop, natural features, and exit shot. Just…a Pro. Thank you Scott!
