“Thank you to the kind and caring Mesquite Fire Dept EMS for all of their help this morning when responding to an emergency call to the urgent care emergency clinic in Mesquite. I got stung by a wasp yesterday and my finger swole up so huge that my rings could not be removed and was digging into my flesh to the point it was bruised, bleeding, and blistered. I was one heck of a mess this morning and was in a ton of pain. They handled everything with courtesy and care – even when faced with a bit of rudeness from the clinic doctor. Although the EMS couldn't relieve my finger, they took all of the necessary actions and made the necessary calls to ensure i was taken care of. Their efforts were handled with professionalism, courtesy, and with care. As a single woman without a clue what to do, they made me feel like I was safe and in the best of care in the midst of my excruciating pain and panic. Im so glad that you guys got me safely to Baylor. Although I am extremely concerned about the bills 😔, I couldn't be more grateful of the service provided. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! God bless your crew.”

“Chief Hopkins and Lieutenant’s Milby and Evans were a pleasure to work with during our gate access control, fire compliance process. The entire staff at the Mesquite Fire Department was incredibly professional and very attentive. We look forward to working with you in the future.👍”

“My fire alarm has been going off nonstop for almost 2 hours, my apartment hasn't sent maintenance even though I've been calling multiple times. I called the fire department and they basically said it wasn't their problem and to keep calling for maintenance.”

“This crew gets it done. When my dad was in hospice, they helped get him comfortable using their burly strength and kind advice. When my mom has called them NUMEROUS times since, they are courteous, conscientious and intuitively manage situations (what's needed, without focus on their ego, praise, or gratefulness). I couldn't imagine a better crew.”

“They are the best team ever .there is no i and me in this TEAM. very good professionals . They know their jobs well. We need to respect and hornor these personnel. Theyve been there day for day during covid answering our calls for help.god bless them one and all . their familes as well .all our prayers for them.”
