Nothing but accolades for Joe and his whole team. We had extensive water damage through half our home resulting in a very long project. Work has been completed to our satisfaction, but Joe continues to work thru multiple issues with insurance company. He is truly an expert and an advocate. We feel like we’ve made lifelong friends!
I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Levco. Joe was responsive and helpful to begin the process of designing our new addition. He helped connect me with a fantastic architect and we were off to the races. He was also present every step of the way. John was our project manager for the vast majority of the project. He was phenomenal as well as incredibly friendly. Not only did he hold the subcontractors accountable, but he took care of issues that arose almost as though he was taking care of his own home. He also did a great job of anticipating problems before they presented themselves and helped us identify and implement solutions quickly to keep the project on track. Phil, Cindy, and the rest of the team were fantastic as well. I would hire them again in a heart beat and have recommended them to several others considering a remodel in the area.

Not happy with the way things have held up after they redid our flooring and some parts of our kitchen on an insurance remodel due to a flood. The linoleum is peeling up due to poorly chosen splicing in high traffic areas, the underlayment has staples backing out the cabinets were set incorrectly and sinking below the where the backslash sits causing caulk and grout to seperate. Before the flood all the items that were addressed lasted over 15 years. Here we are 8 years later and every thing is needed addressed again.
Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with on creating the plans for our home addition. Joe came to our house to look at and listen to our ideas of adding an additional room that would serve as an office space, as well as an egress window added to the basement. We had a drawing session where Joe took our ideas and turned it into a 3D, detailed blueprint that we were able to visualize and make changes to in real time. Phil and Amanda contributed a lot to the project and were so easygoing! We met several times to nail down each detail of the project. We got to the very final stages of planning the project when we ended up purchasing another home and moving. I have no doubt this team would have continued to be reliable, honest and easy to work with the remainder of the project. I absolutely recommend this company!
