“Jason was absolute perfection when it came to helping us find the needle in the haystack we sought in Palm Springs. We rolled into town in a pickup truck looking for a big yard, privacy, a two car garage and no costly HOA. And just to make things even more challenging, we wanted a one story and a quarter acre lot. Keeping Jason on his toes, it also has to be in Palm Springs and not within the noise shadow of the airport. And as if all that was not sufficiently challenging, I added in a requirement for owned land (no land lease). I assumed these limits would mean it would take us many months or even years to find something that worked. Little did I know that Jason had mentally already said “hold my beer” and gone to work. His attention to detail, understanding of the local market conditions, and adept real time communications helped us navigate a more challenging transaction during a time of market instability. “Highly recommend Jason and his team if you're looking for a real estate agent. We were moving to the Coachella Valley from Northern California and him and his team were able to handle aspects of the purchase for us so we didn't have to make another trip down. He organized the showings in a way that I appreciated (and I would have organized them myself) so we weren't criss crossing around town. The team was also able to scramble and set things up when we though we were going to be on a tight timeline.
