HD Builders

“We have loved working with Jason and his team. Excellent communication and help with design decisions. They are a first class local team that pours their passion for building in every single custom home. Highly recommend their work and craftsmanship for anyone looking to build a custom home!”

“Recently HD Builders built a beautiful home on the lot next door to our home. The experience was amazing! My husband and I said many times “if we didn’t know there were building a home, you’d never know it”! The site was always clean, the contractors were respectful and diligent in their work and clean up each day. The team from HD was there often if not daily to check on progress and make sure there was no disruption to our home and yard. In fact, they matched the grass/sod used to blend into our yard. 😊 Watching this home being constructed spoke volumes about HD Builders-HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“We recently completed our custom home with HD Builders, and overall, the project turned out great. Building a home is a long process with many decisions, moving parts, and a few stressful moments along the way, but Thomas, Jason, and the HD Builders team helped bring our vision to life even building a mockup of a pool table to see how it would fit in the room. From my perspective, I was probably the one pushing the schedule, details, and follow-up the hardest. Like any custom build, there were times when communication, timing, and coordination needed extra attention, especially near the final stretch. What mattered most to us was that the team stayed engaged, listened to our concerns, and followed through. The punch list process has been handled well, and they have continued to stand behind the work. Most importantly, the home's quality is excellent. The craftsmanship, finishes, and overall execution turned out beautifully. My wife and I both feel the same way: the finished product is exactly what we hoped for, and we are very happy with our new home. We appreciate the effort that went into the project and would recommend HD Builders to anyone looking for a quality custom home builder.”

“We chose HD Builders to build our custom home on our lot in Lancaster, South Carolina. When we started our search we had conversations with about 4-5 builders. so we started our search and found Jason and Hucks. We shared the house plans, set up a meeting where all of use walked the property, picked out our proposed spot. While they were putting together their quote We researched their company online started watching more of their videos and toured a couple of completed homes and interviewed the families. Our main goal was finding a builder we could trust, did quality work, and would make it right if mistakes were made. While meeting with the other families and touring their homes it was clear HD lead with trust and integrity. We found that and more! We recommend Jason, Hucks, and our Superintendent Ben for your custom home build, remodel, or any residential construction needs.”

“Jason, Tom, and our build manager Michael, we’re all consummate professionals. They did well to get all our work done as quickly as could be, but with the great quality I expect in a custom home builder. All of the subs were also incredibly skilled and professional, we got all we paid for!”
