“Company was contracted for Hurricane Flood Damage mitigation services after a close relative of company co-owner contacted us to offer the services. Crew was very professional and work was completed on time. Some of the invoiced charges are questionable in my opinion. Owner was quick to assure me that my insurance would pay for the bill during contract signing. My insurance denied the claim. Company owner referred me to a friend of his, a public adjuster in an attempt to make insurance pay. After months of negotiating, the Insurance ended up denying the claim due to a construction defect. When insurance failed to pay I got hit with late fees, collection fees, and accrued interest in the thousands of dollars. I politely asked owner for discount as pandemic limited my income and I would pay cash out of pocket but he denied me any discount. He responded “we don’t loan money for free and we are not your bank”. After months of stress fighting my insurance for payment to this company with no results, I ended up paying out of pocket the original invoice plus some of the fees. To this day I still owe collection fees and accumulating accruing interest.This man’s greed will make money on top of money out of your bad situation. I Would not recommend this company based on my experience with them.”
