“As a buyer I have tried to view a home that was listed for sale by these guys, contacting both the broker of record and the listed salesperson, and they never called me back or returned my emails after 2 days. I wouldn't list my home for sale with these guys, they don't seem to have the professional courtesy to even respond to potential buyers.”
“I had the very unpleasant encounter with Matthew Cameron at an open house he held on October 23, 2022. He confirmed twice he was the listing agent. Yet, when asked, how long the owners lived in the house; how old was the pool; what were these rubber pipes sticking out of the ground in the back yard and most importantly, what were the conditions on the conditional offer that was in place at the time…… I don't know. Nope, he did not know! If there was a conditional offer in place and he had no interest in actually doing the preplanned open house, he should have cancelled the open house. A trip from Montreal to Cornwall to see a house for which information requested was unknown by the selling agent was a complete waste of my time. Will never go to see another house when this agent is the listing one!”
