“We had an excellent workshop with Nathalie that followed 3 on-site meetings with Jon. Nathalie was very succinct and efficient – even though we had many questions in no particular order she followed closely and responded with totally satisfying suggestions for us to chew on. We had blocked a 4-hour session with her and after 3 hours we were very clear about what we would need to discuss further, on our own. Nathalie is congenial, sensitive, personable and very well fitted to this kind of workshop. Highly recommended.”

“We met with Groupe SP Reno Urbaine halfway through a project that wasn't going well. We had fired our previous contractor and were looking for true professionals to take over and deliver two full bathrooms and a kitchen. From the evaluation, we knew right away that Groupe SP were professionals that had high quality standards and our best (and mutual) interest at heart. Groupe SP quickly put us in touch with an interior designer and started putting together a project team. We were given a very detailed estimate that left no room for interpretation. The project planning was thorough and impeccable and, most importantly, everything was meticulously executed according to the plan. Nothing was left to chance and any surprise or issue was dealt with promptly. We were kept informed throughout the project and consulted regularly. Planned checkpoints were well documented, as were invoices and receipts. Constant supervision on Groupe SP's part kept everything running smoothly. Our project was delivered on time and on budget. There was plenty of flexibility on the part of all parties involved to deal with changes and additions. We were always informed of the price of any change we requested or extra work that needed to be done. Thanks to Groupe SP, we are able to have family and friends over at Christmas 2014 with our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms — and with our minds at ease. We will definitely call upon Groupe SP next year when we plan on painting, changing mouldings and doors, redoing hardwood floors, stairs and built-in cabinets.
