“I would recommend the Jeff and Katie team to friends and family, and would use again in the future. We had the pleasure of working with Alexa, she helped my partner and I move into our first home and she was so helpful throughout the entire process. She listened to our needs and wants, and found us so many amazing options that led us to our dream home! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She went above and beyond for us, and connects with her clients on a personal level.”

“Met Alexa Robinson as the listing agent and would highly recommend. She gives off a relaxed, friendly vibe unlike the typical pushy, aggressive, pressuring agent. Viewing houses with Alexa was a good experience. Does much research about the properties beyond what's available online and would suggest based on the condition of the property. Very approachable and replies within minutes 24/7.”

“We had an excellent experience working with Jeff. He was fantastic and incredibly helpful through every aspect of the home buying process. He was always quick to respond, organized, and proactive. The information packages he prepared for us prior to walkthroughs were thorough and extremely helpful in making informed decisions. Once we moved forward with purchasing and closing on our house, Jeff continued to support us every step of the way. When issues came up with the furnace, a window, and the dishwasher, he stepped in and took care of everything, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. Jeff went above and beyond for us, and we truly appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive real estate agent.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Jeff and team helping our daughter purchase her first home. Jeff was very responsive, well informed about the real estate market and helped us find a great place with our tight timeline. Would highly recommend Jeff as an expert in the Peterborough area and a trusted resource for such an important decision!”

“I had a great experience working on a deal with The Jeff and Katie team. I was representing the buyers on one of their listings. The transaction was very smooth and Jeff always represented his Seller client professionally. Their assistant Pam was also awesome to deal with My clients are thrilled!”
