About BriMar Drone Command Center

BriMar Drone Command Center — More Than a Virtual Tour. A Clearer Understanding of Every Space. At BriMar Drone Command Center, we believe capturing a property should deliver more than beautiful imagery. It should provide the visual intelligence and reliable documentation needed to make informed decisions. We are a Houston-based, veteran-owned, certified iGUIDE service provider specializing in Existing Conditions Documentation, reality capture, commercial property documentation, construction progress monitoring, and real estate media. Our services combine immersive 360° virtual walkthroughs, measured floor plans, LiDAR-supported spatial measurements, high-resolution photography, and professional aerial imaging to help architects, contractors, property managers, restoration professionals, and property owners better understand the spaces they work with. What sets BriMar apart is our attention to what others might overlook. We approach every project with a documentation-first mindset, capturing not only what is immediately visible but also identifying challenging spaces, overhead features, and existing conditions that may require additional attention. We understand that the quality of a capture directly affects the usefulness of the final deliverables. Whether documenting an occupied commercial facility, preparing a property for renovation, monitoring construction, or showcasing real estate, our focus remains the same: thorough documentation, clear communication, dependable service, and deliverables that help reduce uncertainty and unnecessary return visits. Houston, Texas–Based | Serving the 48 Contiguous United States BriMar Drone Command Center — Capture the Details. Understand the Space. Make Better Decisions.

“Brimar Drone is absolutely amazing! Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. They are excellent drone trainers who make learning engaging, hands-on, and easy to understand. They take the time to explain the technology, safety, and real-world uses of drones in a way that is both informative and exciting. Brimar Drone is also a wonderful business to work with. “The ladies of Brimar Drones are amazing! They do above and beyond what you ask for and even if they don’t know what you want they go above and beyond to make sure they get every picture every angle of the event and it is so professional! We are so blessed to have used them for our nonprofits event and look forward to using them again in the future… Highly recommended!”

Thank you Etta!!”

“I had drone footage done on our home during construction, capturing both the interior at the pre drywall stage and the exterior with aerial views, and the results were incredible. BriMar Drone Command Center did an outstanding job documenting every detail with high quality footage and a very professional approach. The ability to see our home from angles we would never normally get, especially inside before drywall, was so valuable and something we will always appreciate. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, and truly delivered above expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone building a home or wanting top level aerial photography and video.”
