“I went to the Outlook at Nashoba Valley for the first time in Feb 2026 for lunch with my ladies group, 16 of us. From the moment I made my first phone call with inquiries to the moment we left, I had nothing but positive experiences.
I telephoned the restaurant shortly, VERY shortly before our reservation time to inform them that I had 2 last minutes cancellations and our group count was now going to 16 instead of the original 18, (restaurants are truly appreciative when you let them know of a change in party number BEFORE arriving, rather than being informed when you get there.) In addition to the words of appreciation, the staff member answering the phone also let me know there was a member of my party who had already arrived, having misremembered our meet up time, and that they were taking great care of her – which they were.
When I arrived, the staff allowed me early access to our table, allowing me to layout special decorations and items, as this was a celebratory lunch.
The drink and food, the service, the presentation, and the atmosphere, were all top notch. Our reservations were during the week after school vacation, so the 16 of us practically had the restaurant all to ourselves!! We were lucky in so many ways, from seeing the untouched, freshly groomed slopes to the attentive staff.
Our water glasses were refilled constantly, without our asking or sometimes even realizing. All 16 meals were served without mix up. I ordered the Cape Cod Mule as my cocktail and Portobello Sandwich for my entrée. Both spot on!
I very much and very highly recommend the Outlook for a cozy meal with a great atmosphere. The location is perfect, so much closer than heading north to NH. It was beautiful during the day, I can only imagine the vibe at night. Their view is one of a kind, and I’d imaging it’s just as pretty in the spring and especially the fall.
I worked in Westford over 30 years ago, but it wasn’t until this past week that I finally tried the Outlook. I certainly wasted a lot of time!! Outlook, I WILL be back soon.”
“We came here with our group of 8 friends. We had food and drinks from 5 pm to 8 pm. The food was delicious, but the staff was very indifferent. There were four female waitresses, and because we didn't speak English, they treated us somewhat rudely. When we asked them to clean the table, they only took one glass and left; a lot of dirty dishes remained on our table. We had to clear them ourselves and put them on the next table. We paid nearly $600, and we felt pressured to leave because they seemed to be waiting for us to go. We asked for our food to be packed, but they gave us the packages late. I'm pregnant, and I wanted to eat some of the food before leaving. I opened the package and found only a bag of chips inside. I asked where my food was, and they said they had thrown it away and that the kitchen was closed. I told them that throwing it away wasn't the main issue, but they should have told me. They put three bags of chips in the package to deceive me, which wasn't nice. I told them I wasn't happy with their service, and they just looked at me and smiled. Also, the place closes at 10 pm, so I don't think the kitchen closes two hours earlier. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend going there; the staff is really indifferent, rude, and they deceive people by putting different items in the packages.”
“Went during Halloween 🎃 after we enjoyed witches woods attraction on a Saturday so we made reservations for 8pm and got a table about 805pm. Waitress came to get our orders. We ordered drinks and food at same time our drinks came out 5mins later and the 15mins aver we got our dinner. All was good on a busy weekend.
Live music and the vibe made it great. Kids had fun. This place is typically played during peak ski hours ( weekends and afternoons).
Overall a good experience.”
“If you’re going to witches woods DO NOT EAT HERE FIRST. Get the food truck food. I got the most disgusting, overly priced Mac and cheese. So so so gross. Chunky and gritty and the complete opposite of gourmet. $70 for a Mac and cheese and a burger and ONE Budweiser.”
