Ameria Restoration

“highly recommend Ameria Restoration. We discovered a serious mold and water issue in our home caused by a plumbing mistake that went unnoticed for years. We built our house brand new, but unfortunately one of the tub drains was never properly connected, so every time that tub was used, the water was draining directly into our basement. Ameria Restoration came in and immediately identified the problem. Their team handled everything from start to finish. They cleaned and treated all of the mold, completely dried out the affected areas, removed all of the wet and contaminated dirt from the basement, and properly treated and covered the area with absorbent material. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job correctly instead of just rushing through it. I’m extremely happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend Ameria Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage, mold, or restoration work. Five stars all the way!”

“This is the second time I’ve used Ameria (George D) to come in to do the clean up and restoration to my master bathroom after a leak from another unit above. George is very thorough, organized, professional, and always goes the extra mile to protect your property and puts up all the necessary floor coverings and plastic encasements wherever needed. I highly recommend Ameria to take care of your water restoration project. Mike H”

“We had a leak after our reverse osmosis system failed, and Ameria Restoration responded in less than 30 minutes. George and his team acted quickly and were able to save our hardwood floors and cabinets.Their quick response definitely helped prevent the damage from getting worse. They were professional, responsive, and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the service and highly recommend Ameria Restoration for water damage restoration.”

“Gevorg and his team did an amazing job ensuring that our house was cleaned and treated top to bottom, inside and out, after the Eaton Fires in Altadena. Our primary concern was our proximity to the burn scar (roughly 1000ft) and that we had an infant. Gevorg took this very seriously and was on-site every day overseeing and cleaning and managing all of the contractors necessary to ensure that our house was as safe and clean as it could be for our return. All work was completed in under a month, and through every step of the process I was made aware of any issues or concerns that arose. I would highly recommend Ameria is a very thorough and professional remediation company and I highly recommend them.”
