“Sonya and Todd were excellent to work with. We came from KY looking for the perfect beach home in Freeport. She continued to share homes with us until she found the perfect one. Very understanding and knowledgeable to work with. Todd could answer any build questions we may have had and did his best to educate on the different builders in the area. They were overall just great people who cared about what we really wanted in a home and community. Would work with them again anytime!!”

“We were relocating to Florida from MN , After many hours of scanimg listings, We found our dream home . Reaching out to Almost Home Realty Group, Sonya Shaw , We new we were on the right path. “Sonya and Todd are awesome! When a decision needed to be made from myself, Sonya was on the same page as myself 99% of the time. She was always available for questions. Sonya is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she will find out the answer very soon. Todd was just as knowledgeable and offered his time to answer questions as well. They are both really good people and went above and beyond everything. It seemed like I knew them for a period of time after first meeting them. Sonya also suggested a mortgage lender. He went above as well. So glad I chose them all to do my business with. Well worth everything. Thank you all!”

“We have been settled in our new home for over a year now. I wanted to take the opportunity to share how amazing it was to have the support of Sonya and Todd during our move. We were moving unexpectedly related to job opportunity and were on a pretty strict time deadline. We needed to sale our house in one state and find another home in another state several hours away. Alot that needed to happen in a short period of time. Sonya and Todd to the rescue. They made recommendations on how to get our home ready for sale so that we got our asking price. Our home sold in 2 days for our asking price!. They supported us all along the way with each piece of the process including helping us find a realtor in the new state we were moving to. Sonya is an excellent communicator and listens to her clients. Todd is always there to offer advice based on his building experiences and is a great videographer (he really showcased our home's best attributes in the video). Their positive attributes complement each other and enables them to provide optimal support to their clients. You don't want to miss out on this dynamic duo!”
