I can’t imagine working with a more talented or professional photographer. Troy spent several hours at our house to take photos for short term rentals. Every photo he sent us was flawless. He balanced the lighting on a challenging cloudy day and even added a blue sky. Every angle was well thought out. Would 1000% recommend working with him.
Above the Horizon Media partnered with the Grand Traverse Lighthouse Museum in Northport, MI to create several forms of Media. We wanted to showcase not only the Lighthouse itself, but also our Fog Signal Building, our new Play Structure and our grounds located on the shores of Lake Michigan at the Tip of the Leelanau Peninsula. Troy created a winter drone fly over and then later on, a summer drone video to show just how blue our waters can be. He captured a view of the Lighthouse that make you feel like you are out on the catwalk or high above looking down on our Grand Lady., a spot not commonly open to the public but now shared through the magic of what he created through the lens of his camera. He created several still shots of the grounds, in both seasons, that allowed us to print a Christmas card for sale in our gift shop. Other photos are earmarked for future endeavors. Our prize creation, is the 3D iguide. With the recent pandemic patrons were not allowed in the Lighthouse Tower so we wanted to be able to “open up” our buildings to all through the power of virtual media. With the power of the iguide, you can take a walk back into our maritime history in the warmth of your own home and at your leisure. We have shared our iguide on our website, our Facebook page and to our members. It has recently caught the attention of the local newspaper and the Virtual Tour created by Troy was the feature article on the back page. Troy was extremely easy to work with while maintaining professionalism at all times. He took great care in capturing what our Non-Profit is about and what we have to offer while observing great care not to disturb our artifacts. Troy was amazing to work with and the pictures he took of our home were unbelievable. He was the ultimate professional and his turn around time was fantastic. Anyone who is selling a house would be crazy not to use his services. I give Troy my highest endorsement and I guarantee you will not find a better photographer for your home. My wife actually told me “these pictures looks so good I am not sure I want to sell” and that alone speaks volumes and the work that Troy does. We had a great experience working with Troy for our commercial. He worked extremely hard to make sure the end product was perfect. He was easy to work with and very flexible to meet our needs and time frame. He did an exceptional job and will be using Above The Horizon Media again.
The quality is fantastic! The photo shoots, the edits and the attention to detail was top notch!
